Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are authentic. We only work with authorized distributors and trusted suppliers to ensure the highest quality and legitimacy of our products. You can shop with confidence knowing that every item is genuine and meets our strict standards.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Canada

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 Canadian! Delivery times vary and can take up to 14 business days. We are located near Newmarket, Ontario.

Ontario: 2-8 business days
Alberta: 6-13 business days
British Columbia: 7-13 business days
Manitoba: 4-13 business days
New Brunswick: 5-6 business days
Newfoundland and Labrador:
Northwest Territories: 9-13 business days
Nova Scotia: 5-13 business days
Nunavut: 8-13 business days
Prince Edward Island: 5-6 business days
Quebec: 3-8 business days
Saskatchewan: 5-13 business days

United States
A flat shipping rate $12.99CAD for all states. Packages may take 3-12 business days for arrival in most states. Hawaii may take up to 15 business days.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be available within 1-3 business days after your order is processed. You will receive an email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States. We plan to expand our shipping options to other countries in the future!

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received with tags and in its original packaging. Any original packaging that is opened will not be accepted

Return cost will be paid by the customer including shipping label, packaging, etc. Once the package has been returned and verified to be in original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel an order. Modifications are not possible. However, if you need to add additional items or change items, please email us at dewdropshop.shopify@gmail.com with your order number.

My order has missing or damaged items.
